To discover the island of Favignana you don't need a car, there are several on site rental services even cars, motorbikes and bikes but we recommend the Bus , because it is the easiest way for a family, to get any more popular destination island.
For the most inaccessible places, and for convenience of time you choose instead Bike, Favignana is one of the islands with more cycling routes, among other well-marked with appropriate tables. And the costs in all cases are convenient. You can turn to Rental Grimaldi or other operators in the Island.
If you are good walkers, trekking shoes are enough and you can go anywhere but always be careful of the impervious areas. You can consult the pages of this dedicated site to excursionism.
